Our Return Policy
At Superhot Eyewear, we offer a flexible return policy for most of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. To ensure smooth processing, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and reason for return, along with a photo if the item is defective.

Once approved, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and the return address.

Ship the product back in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

International Return Policy
For international customers, please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. You can return your product to the address provided in the return authorization email. Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels for international orders.

Out of Stock Notification

Refund Method & Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged.
If you paid via **PayPal**, your refund will be credited back to your PayPal account. If you paid with **USDT (TRC20)**, we will refund the amount to your USDT wallet.
