The glasses are beautiful but they all came stiff. They would not open. I contacted customer service about it and they advised for me to loosen the hinges. That didn't work. The handles just seem really loose. I shouldn't have to mess around with the hinges on the glasses. They should come correct and ready for me to ship without me having to adjust anything. My first order, not impressed as this is not the only style I had issues with them not opening and being super stiff.
